Conceived, planned and founded Elate Enterprises LLC and Levity Gourmet
Marshmallows, launching a complete product line and establishing an original
company brand in the gourmet specialty food market. Managed and carried
out all aspects of the business including among other things: financing,
accounting, licensing, administration, product design, packaging, manufacturing,
shipping, customer service, special event coordination, sales, marketing, PR,
brand development, and advertising. Also designed, launched, and optimized
an online company website and sales boutique. In addition, directed,
photographed, and edited company’s celebrated press and marketing image
collection, maintained monthly sales volume increases, and was contacted for
potential collaborations with large-scale gourmet distributors, and other
prestigious retailers, like Williams-Sonoma and QVC.
