Anything outside! i love all things cycling and love a good physical challenge. i enjoy trying new things and exploring new places. i am also passionate about animals and volunteer at a local shelter regularly.

Owner and Head Coach

I have worked in the health and fitness industry since 2000 and specifically in cycling since 2002. During the last 13 years in cycling I have gained extensive experience and knowledge of the industry. My jobs have ranged from professional athlete, coach, product developer, event management and promotion, training and education, sales and entrepreneur. As a coach over the last 13 years, I have owned and operated a profitable indoor cycling center and job responsibilities have included membership sales, marketing, client acquisition and retention, class curriculum, continued education and staff training.

Challenging roles excite me and I take them on with the focus, drive, and grit that got me through 3 years as a professional cyclist including 2 Giros d'Italia Femminle. 



Coaching philosophy: Use real world experience combined with science and technology.  
The ultimate combination of technique, basic training principles, mental development and collection of scientific data has resulted in success for my athletes.
Every successful athlete has a strong support system. The most important aspect of coaching to me is supporting the athlete mentally and physically so that he or she can focus on the work needed to achieve his/her goals. Throughout my career, I have successfully used this philosophy and have coached many cyclists to their goals including a professional national championship.

Roles and Responsibilties:
-Sales, marketing, and promotion of brand to acquire and retain clients
-Motivate, educate, and manage clients of all ages and abilities from non­competitive to professional racer
-Provide power based training plans, data analysis, and feedback to all clients
-Organize and manage cycling camps in Italy, Spain, Bermuda, California, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Colorado
