I am currently working as a Project manager at Invent@NMU. We are a new product development company. It has started as a small start-up at Northern Michigan University and within one year of operations became a statewide, even nationwide known company. We have been often recognized by Michigan governor Rick Snyder in his speeches. Currently I manage 8 projects which range from local inventor ideas to high-level corporate start-ups. Powersports have been my passion since my early childhood. I also owned a small moped/small motorcycle dealership for a few years that I started from nothing at the age of 15. Currently I am an active motorcycle rider with lots of practical knowledge and experience. I am currently holding a project manager position at "Invent@NMU". My main duties
include: general project managing, preparing financial documentation, processing
payments, presentation to higher management, customer service, rapid prototyping of
inventions, etc.
Currently, I actively manage 8 projects in stages varying from validation and ideation to
production, commercialization, and operation.
Project management includes:
Guiding new clients through the intake process
Putting project presentations together for the Advisory Panel
Defining product and market requirements
Sourcing materials and manufacturing facilities for products in the US & abroad
Creating and updating financial statements
Cold calling local businesses to find ones willing to carry initial product runs
