11 years in customer service. 5 as a Store Manager at Carter's, where I've been managing and developing 3 managers and 8 associates. I've learned to build relationships with customers and ensure brand loyalty, which shows with increasing yearly sales. My goals are to start with a company where I can showcase my skills and continue to develop as an employee. I would like to be able to work for a company I am both passionate about in and outside of work.
