CRJ’s program continuum begins with prevention and intervention work in the schools through reentry work helping people returning to the community from incarceration.

•Assisted in managing cases, data inputting and administrative work ranging from shredding confidential files to answering phone calls, to assisting case workers and independently managing case files.
•Provided guidance and counseling to members of the Girls Group and youth-at-risk programs, such as, Juvenile Restorative Programs, Truancy Project, and Afterschool Program.
•Attended review board meetings in support of youth and adult offenders.
•Gained an understanding of the other side of the Criminal Justice system on how offenders can make amends to victims and the community affected.
