Graphic Designer / Project & Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Collaborating information with supervisors, marketing, and subject matter experts to develop design concepts, proposal graphic works(including OEM). Rebranded the company’s overall look with new logos, catalogues, tags and signage. Increase company’s growth by 5-10%.

.Design-
-Create innovating packaging to attract consumer interests.
-Design eye-catching display graphics on cosmetic product displays in order to drive brand recognition and increase sales.
-Concept development on the components for manufacture stage.
-Render & improve product functionality(component layout designs to be more user friendly).
.Photograph and retouch images-
-Photograph products and retouch raw images for all of company’s promotional purposes. 
.Online marketing-
-Design promotional banners and ads to promote company website traffic.
-Updating news and creating social media graphics( on Facebook). 
.Market research-
-Responsible for purchasing new product samples and predict future trends, catering customers’ needs as well as develop new seasonal samples. 
.Tradeshows-
-Design and organizes company’s booth (i.e. ASD & Comoprofs) which involves displaying information packages, posters, ads, interior and exterior setup, and interact w/customers directly.
.Communications-
-Communicate with customers and vendors in China during the early stages prior to production, regarding sample developments and confirmation samples, pricing, materials, colors, and all design related issues.
