Sales Coordinator

Born and raised in Southern California, I was naturally drawn to the action sports industry. My passion for sports, the beach, and swimwear is what led me to my first internship at Beach Riot Swimwear. Since my internship at Beach Riot, I’ve worked as a Sales & Operations Coordinator for 2.5 years for OurCaste and Stance Socks. 

As a Sales Coordinator, I am the main point of contact and support system for our internal and outside sales teams. I am passionate about customer service and excel at building great relationships with outside sales representatives and buyers. 

   


•	Entered and processed all orders, RTVs, and account deliveries
•	Corresponded daily with 70 sales reps in performance sales channel
•	Built and sent out weekly ATS Reports, order forms, order confirmations, and credit memos
•	Worked with buyers and accounts on seasonal style updates and changes
•	Helped to manage all sales meeting, trade show set up, and travel
•	Reviewed pricing, discounts, and terms in Full Circle to ensure that all products and accounts were set up correctly
•	Facilitated new wholesale account set up and worked closely with accounting department regarding credit issues, invoicing, and returns
•	Managed the sending of samples, foot forms, and catalogs to all outside sales reps 
•	Prepared and analyzed selling reports for internal review
•	Assisted Sales Managers with weekly newsletter to keep reps informed of incentive programs and upcoming events 

•	Coordinated the shipping and receiving of samples and maintained an organized sample closet
•	Facilitated daily EDI transactions
•	Issued UPC numbers to vendors and international customers
•	Entered and processed all orders and returns
•	Increased brand awareness by sending out press releases and catalogs to media partners and bloggers 
•	Built and sent out ATS reports to sales team and accounts on a weekly basis
•	Main point of contact and support system for entire sales team
•	Created seasonal order forms in Excel
•	Set up and merchandised digital style book on B2B site
•	Managed seasonal style book and entered all product information into ERP system
•	Provided shipping and tracking information to customers and assisted with all product/brand related questions
•	Uploaded all product images and descriptions onto web store
