Associate Product Line Manager - Outdoor Footwear

•	Responsible for the line planning, briefing and managing of the Women’s and Youth product lines
•	Collaborate with designers and developers to execute seasonal line plans from conception to commercialization
•	Conduct market research for an in-depth understanding of the product and competitive trends, as well as the needs of the consumer 
•	Effectively manage multiple seasons and categories at once including; hike, trail run, snow, water and hunt footwear
•	Build presentations and merchandising pages for sales and marketing teams
•	Design catalog pagination and handle all revisions
•	Create visual line plans for both men’s and women’s outdoor footwear lines
•	Present finalized footwear lines at bi-annual sales meetings
•	Responsible for outdoor footwear product line data entry including; styles, color ways, pricing, and silhouette categories

•	Scheduled and conducted meetings between potential partners
•	Ran the on boarding process for new hires  
•	Established and maintained relationships with community partners regarding corporate giving
•	Assisted in wear testing trials and report analysis
•	Provided executive support to the Sr. Director of Outdoor Footwear

Office Manager

•	Participated in the planning and execution of the Portland Race for the Cure
•	Directed volunteers and delegated tasks during the event
•	Assisted in reviewing and revising grant applications
•	Developed a Breast Health Bill of Rights for the state of Washington
