Hi, I'm Andrew. 

I'm a 22-year-old designer and problem solver. I previously graduated in December of 2017 with a B.S. from the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI.

I care about creating and planning products and experiences that are useful, usable, and engaging. Inspired by vintage motorcycles, design, teaching, and photography, I am aiming for a position that will help further push my creative career.

- Configure, maintain and upgrade desktop/laptop computer systems, printers, and associated peripherals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user reported problems with PC, applications, printing, basic networking connectivity and Internet access.

- Perform all necessary wiring connections.

- Provide the necessary support services to establish and maintain appropriate software and hardware for the School Corporation.

- Perform base level and mid-range repair and maintenance of all technology systems and peripheral components within the school corporation, including escalating repair work to a higher support level if necessary (using NPUSC troubleshooting guidelines).

- Set up and install any newly acquired computer systems or peripheral components, including hardware, software, and network components.

- Maintain all required record keeping, including maintenance logs and hardware and software inventories.

- Maintain work order database, document all work in each work order and follow up
