In my most recent position I was Sales & Logistics Manager with Local & Western of Texas in Dallas, TX. Previously I managed Out There Outfitters, a company that I founded in Wayne, PA, and earlier worked as an Assistant Manager with Boca Grande Outfitters in Boca Grande, FL.

My achievements include:

- Acquired over a decades’ experience, and drove impactful purchasing and procurement initiatives
- Successfully negotiated, managed and executed annual savings, marketing, and compliance strategies to the  
  value of over $1 M;
- Implemented substantial enhancements in volume and margins in food, commodity, IT tools and retail  
  management, negotiated lower cost of goods, and cultivated stronger supply chain partnerships
- Developed an exceptional record of consistently delivering improved program performance
- Adept at engaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast paced environments.

As a Sales & Logistics Manager I was accountable for the purchase and sale of beef, pork, poultry, and numerous other meats. My work involved all regions across the US, and I ensured that meat flow was managed with great care, ethics, and efficiency.

An important element of the role was to cultivate trusted long-term relationships with numerous high-profile reliable packers, processors, producers and traders.

I consistently delivered excellent customer service, fostered new alliances, drove a higher quality of service, and collaborated with suppliers and processors in providing the best quality product at the lowest possible price.


I served as Buyer for a 5,000 sq. ft. outfitter, including outdoor and lifestyle apparel, footwear, and accessories, I was accountable to oversee day-to-day store operations, including team building, IT management and inventory management, managed all buying, and approved future orders.

My achievements included the development of numerous reports aimed at optimizing inventory to best maximize margins, and I monitored industry trends closely.

In addition, I performed marketing and event planning duties, and created monthly newsletters, social media, and print advertising. This included the management of all web-based advertising and the incorporation of social media marketing efforts. I also formulated long-term sales, marketing and advertising plans, and organized community events focused on marketing, community building, and community service.

As a Manager I reported directly to the Company Owners and top management, I executed a variety of duties ranging from inventory planning to providing assistance to customers.

Additionally, I worked as a Part Time Fishing Guide, and worked closely with local organizations in preparing for The Gasparilla Invitational Fly Fishing Tournament, designed to benefit Cystic Fibrosis.
