I am working towards my M.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Integrative Wellness. This program helps me apply evidence-based coaching strategies and behavior change techniques to facilitate meaningful lifestyle changes and improved health outcomes. Be able to provide an integrative and holistic approach to healthcare, health education, and health promotion. And use technology to offer lifestyle interventions to prevent and effectively manage chronic disease.

I have a B.A. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Wellness Promotion and a B.A. in Geography with a concentration in Geospatial Technology and Global Development & Cultures.
I am a former Division II Cross Country and Track & Field Athlete.

I am a high achiever and very passionate about health and wellness and my contributions to the community. I want to apply my education and community-based work to an organization or company that values the importance of health and fitness promotion, corporate wellness programs, community-based health, public health, wellness programs, healthcare administration, occupational therapy, nutrition, physical therapy and chiropractic medicine. I am also interested in solving real-world environmental and social problems. Urban and regional planning, transportation, natural hazards and tourism.

These two majors enable me to identify human interaction, wellness, health, lifestyles and proposing viable solutions and development for the community.
