E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

I am looking for a long term position to grow into a successful career, and given my professional capabilities, especially my experience in retail management, customer service, e-commerce management, and general office management, and I believe that I have the required skills to excel at many jobs in many difference areas.

•	Manager of all E-commerce marketplace activity, including creating and maintaining listings using the Channel Advisor platform to manage inventory on eBay, Amazon,  Jet, Rakuten, Newegg, and Sears Marketplaces.
•	Provide excellent customer service in processing general inquiries, returns, exchanges, and order adjustments.
•	Maintain daily communication with various departments within the organization to ensure prompt processing, delivery of orders, and accurate product availability.


•	Act as a liaison between clients and telemarketing staff to ensure that telemarketing campaigns were accurate and consistent throughout the sales floor.
•	Responsible for managing five solar energy accounts.
•	Service all accounts equally, ensuring that each client is treated as if they were the only client in the book of business.


Account Manager

•	Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential customers while answering on average 75 calls per day in a call center environment.
•	Open or maintain database in a ticketing system to ensure the correct information was delivered to each customer.
•	Coordinating daily with shipping and receiving to provide accurate timeframes to customers regarding the status of their order.
•	Process orders, refunds and exchanges as needed on a case by case basis.
•	Quickly and calmly resolve complaints and questions that arise during conversations with customers.


Customer Service Representative

•	Field telephone calls and assist walk-in customers to provide information about products and services.
•	Create and maintain marketing databases after attending tradeshows, and documenting conversations with current and potential clients after interaction at these shows.
