Jr. Photographer Contractor 

I am a college graduate (December 2015) from UCLA looking to establish myself in the photography industry and develop a reputation as an individual that helps commemorate moments and create lasting keepsakes! In the future, I aspire to gain acceptance into an MFA program and hope to earn an an MFA in photography. Currently, I pursue my photography full-time, working as a contract photographer with several clients, as well as working freelance when time permits. I'm an avid hiker, cyclist, and pursuer of ever-elusive Nike footwear. 

Organized studio shot list manual, for use with incoming employees and contractors. 

Decreased studio production time, with regards to interior and exterior automotive photography, from 3 hours to 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Scout locations for and execute photoshoots in the San Bernardino County/Los Angeles County areas.

Owner/Photographer

Provide event and portrait photography services for use in Center’s print/online marketing.

Photographer Contractor 

Operate Capture One image station, color-correcting images and applying minor edits as needed. 

Step in a Senior Photographer's request to adjust lighting or manage scrim. 

Create a welcoming environment for both student models and clients. 

Digital Technician

Operated Capture One software (Mac OS), providing file organization, exposure control, and color correction on-location.

Controlled ambient light using multiple types of reflectors.

Interacted with client and catalog models to ensure satisfaction with photo product and to troubleshoot look presentation issues.


Assist with the development and update of safety programs, policies, and procedures, and propose changes in content based on legal requirements, make changes and submit for review prior finalization.

Assist in the investigation and review of injury reports, accident investigations (AIR), security incident reports (SIR), and evaluate the effectiveness of existing health and safety programs.

Evaluate and make recommendations on ordering and purchasing ergonomically safe equipment as needed.

Safety Assistant

Performed as real-time photo editor, ensuring editing and uploading of images via FTP was completed in less than 5 minutes. 

Provided photography support to head photographers and social media team at live games, corporate events, and community events. 

Assistant Team Photographer

Controlled ambient light on-location using multiple types of reflectors.

Transport lighting equipment to various location on-campus, as well as step in with ColorChecker at photographer’s request.

Interact with client and catalog models so as to create a welcoming environment throughout the photo shoot.

Photography Assistant 

Part of a select team of paid photographers that shoots a variety of news, sports, A&E, and other stories. 

Responsible for making sure that photo assignments are taken every day and that deadlines are met to upload pictures to main server. 

Work with photo editors to get angles on stories and develop new content for the Photo Department’s online blog, Spectrum (http://dailybruin.com/category/spectrum/), as well as the daily print newspaper.  


Staff Photographer

Responsible for general office duties such as filing, photocopying and running errands. 

Assisted in the processing of professor and teaching assistant evaluations for both summer school sessions from July to September.

Constantly updated the website for the Department of Spanish and Portuguese (for whom I worked for as a student clerk) via WordPress. 


Student Clerk 

Responsible for delegating various daily tasks to Customer Service Representatives such as cleaning, stocking, and cashiering.

Handled order paperwork, put money away in business safe and was responsible for opening registers each morning with the correct amount of money. 

Worked in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that multiple customer lines of 15+ were efficiently taken care of throughout the workday. 


Student Supervisor

Responsible for ringing up customers on registers and fulfilling their orders.

Carried out daily tasks that included thorough cleaning of workstations, washing dishes, stocking supplies and making supply runs.
