Account Coordinator/ Project Coordinator

My name is Robert Pearson and I am looking for employment that is going to enhance my current skills as well as challenge me and take my career to the next level. With previous college experience in graphic design, digital film and video, and Communication as well as my previous work experience as a project coordinator, account coordinator, and head trainer, I feel that I would be a great asset to your company. In my free time I help my wife with a baby clothes business I screen print and am an avid fan of skateboarding, snowboarding, and rally car.

•	Work with the Sales teams as well as the marketing team to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue.
•	 Assist the sales team with identifying accounts that may potentially move from non key account into key accounts in order to create increased revenue.

•	Assist as a liaison between Senior Account Managers and all Production teams

•	 Identify and escalate day to day resource issues, resolving issues with department managers.

Project Coordinator

•	Responsible for nurturing and developing client and company relations through superior and confidential handling of the accounts.
•	Place orders for clients on a daily basis and maintain an accurate inventory of product to reduce fraud
•	Using internal systems to update what is available to order per the clients needs. 
•	Run daily reports to track orders that were shipped, completed, canceled, and/or pending
•	Notified Clients of the status and/or the arrival of orders through email to ensure that orders were received
•	Determined clients’ wireless monthly invoice total on a daily basis and researched and quantified any differences found between the electronically loaded invoice and the actual invoice total
•	Applied adjustments and tie-out amounts to each out-of-balance invoice to ensure accurate reconciliations were complete
•	Answered any clients issues and questions through email and telephone in a timely matter as well as follow up on previous issues and concerns
