I have been working an Operations Specialist II position for ICANN since November 20, 2014, which has allowed me to continue utilizing and building my computer and business process management skills. I brought my analytical and organizational skills to the position to help create department strategies; through data analysis, product recommendations and system support.
Skills and responsibilities that I have acquired throughout my career include:
• Support client contract signing from application payment, documentation information & requirements to uploading into Enterprise systems
• Manage complex projects, including daily sales reporting using v-lookup, formulas and pivot tables to filter through large amounts of data
• Responsible for managing the pipeline, tracking the team’s forecast, setting up dashboards and designing revenue reports
• Support marketing, finance, sales, product and operations with project management, ROI reports, sales performance reports and market research
