                Well trained at cash wrap duties and customer service
                Make sure new shipment is unpacked and put away
                Clean, sweep, vacuum, dust,  organize accessories and jewelry as well as steaming our garments


Complete Medical Billing Forms
Follow up phone calls regarding billing
Verifying proper usage of ICD-9 billing
Code dates of service and billing amounts of each patient
Schedule appointments 
Maintaining and organizing files 
Running multiple errands in a timely manner
Return and send emails in a timely manner
Pickup and drop off important mail and packages


Personal/Medical Billing Assistant

Running multiple errands in a timely manner
Answer and return Emails and phone calls in a timely manner 
Retrieve incoming mail and send outgoing mail. 
Maintain computer and paper based filing and organization 
Prepare memos,letters,schedules and other documents
