Guest Talent Coordinator

Day-of coordinator that handles guest groups performing at the Disneyland Resort. Responsible for the quality of the performance making sure that it aligns with the departments mission and vision statements, while maintaining the standard of entertainment for a globally recognized brand. Maintain an active and efficient timeline of the event by troubleshooting issues that arise and exercising a willingness to adapt to any unforeseen situations. Be focused on the safety of the performers, fellow employees, and day-guests at the Disneyland Resort while managing a high-quality event.

Oversee the daily operation for large volumes of guest while attending educational experiences in, and around, the Disneyland Resort. Lead varying amount of team members during their daily tasks by acting as a liaison between multiple lines of business and different departments. Foster positive, working relationships with fellow leaders around the resort to maintain efficiency and forward progress of the operation.  Provide administrative support to the operation by updating training documents, creating documents to better streamline the operation, and provide a consistently reliable product.
