Community Manager/Social Media Manager

- Strategically targeted restaurants/cuisine types to ensure overall supply health
- Onboarded quality restaurants to the platform through cold-calls, walk-ins, and in-person pitches
- Maintained healthy relationships through community, communication, and trust of 50+ vendor accounts in San Diego
- Strategized and implemented solutions to delivery problems to minimize operations errors
- Tracked and reported data to meet goals (conversion rates, pricing metrics, etc.) - Worked with vendors to correct issues and grow revenue opportunities
- Increased daily orders from an average of 250 to 500 in three months
- Hired, trained, and managed our fleet of 15+ contracted delivery drivers

Vendor Partnerships/Restaurant Acquisiton Manager

- Provided world-class service to delight event organizers and attendees via high-volume phone, chat, and email support
- Escalated customer issues to appropriate channels when needed
- Represented the voice of customers internally by collaborating with our teams to help design new features and file/report system bugs using JIRA and Salesforce
