To summarize what I do; I'm driven & motivated by details & design. I'm a maker, I'm an artist, I'm a designer. I take all opportunities & hardly say no. I strive to learn as much as I can, grow as much as I can & be the best that I can be.

•	Conceptualize, direct & implement dynamic creative solutions across all channels of media, continuing to elevate our brands’ value.
•	Cultivate & grow the creative team’s potential, ensuring a forward looking & cutting edge visual culture.
•	Lead & motivate my team to exceed creative boundaries, establish strong solutions for any project & efficiently adhere to multiple deadlines.
•	Ensure a positive & effective team atmosphere, providing a highly collaborative approach to initiating creative solutions.
•	Grow & build new relationships with all types of vendors, maintaining high design expectations when producing any type of product or idea.
•	Manage a high volume of projects or tasks, regardless of required deadlines or budgets, while still upholding design integrity.
•	Support the Creative Department by managing a budget & taking responsibility for my team & it’s resources.
•	Maintain & provide a strong level of knowledge of all creative processes for project execution.
