Young professional looking to get back into the Action Sports and Lifestyle brand industry. I have immense experience handling customers both in-person and through numerous forms of communication. Before working with Zero Energy Contracting, I had been working within action sport and lifestyle brands my whole life. I have retail sales experience. I have sales support experience. I have demand planning and supply chain experience. I understand the people, the culture, and the unique business environment lifestyle brands operate within.

• Actively worked with VP of Sales to ensure customer retention to help increase up-sell opportunities for sales team.
• Oversight and management of a 10 person outside sales team.
• Account manager for large vendors including multiple electrical, plumbing, roofing, and home performance companies.
• Front line of customer relations, acting as the face of the company through constant communication. Ability to multitask
handling upwards of 47-50 home projects at one time ranging in project value of $5,000 - $120,000.
• Personally schedule and oversee projects from start of installation to completion/funding. Funding Total: $10,947,000.00
• Creation of project budget and spending cap with intent to reach project margin goal of 40%.
• Escalated customer specialist. Directly handling customers that have been deemed escalated or difficult. Primary
objective to remedy relationship with customer or defuse and produce positive customer experience.

Project Manager

• Created and input the forecast for all Sun and RX eyewear throughout the Asian Pacific Regions including China, Japan, Taiwan, India, Korea, Australia, and other smaller sub regions.
• SKU level planning for +5,000 SKUs, representing 30% of Oakley revenue
• Utilizing SAP-APO planning tools to run statistical models and application to a project forecast for material production.
• Collaborating with Sales teams to develop and monitor monthly/seasonal/yearly forecasts at the “top-down” and
“bottom-up” levels.
• Created and fostered relationships with all departments including Sports Marketing, Product Development, New Product
Release, etc. to develop forecast plan considering active and future promotions, advertisement, and releases.

Demand Planner

• Worked closely with in both the Ecommerce and Wholesale departments.
• The program consisted of a project of which I compared and contrasted VANS current Ecommerce tactics with
competitive and noncompetitive brands alike, with the goal to identify and implement the strongest Ecommerce tactics
currently implemented.
• Gained knowledge to improve VANS previous foundation within the topics of Omni-channel implementation, Imagery
and Brand Consistency, Store Locator Functionality, etc.
• Created and presented a 15- 20 min. presentation to 50 Managing employees, including the VF President of Action
Sports and more.

Ecommerce and Wholesale - Summer Intership

• Utilize customer service skills, basic sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product.
• Responsible for building the bond between consumer and brand by providing superior service and adapting brand stories to the retail setting.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers and entry-level associates.  Seek educational opportunities to develop advanced level or specialized knowledge about selling, Nike products and culture, sales and service techniques
• Assist Leads, Senior Associates, and Managers in training entry level associates

Athlete (Sales Associate) 

• Daily Work consisted of marketing research of products and competitors to analyze and create price points to relay to office employees to better leverage brands; Roxy, DC, and Quiksilver.
• Worked closely on a team with other interns, correspond with one another to accomplish our tasks effectively and efficiently as well as relay information with numerous full time employees.
