My name is Paige, an active, people-oriented gal trying to join a community who is interested in doing good. I'm well versed with wearing multiple hats and keeping composure in high pressure scenarios. Driven by forward thinking, creativity and working with awesome team members, I'm looking to make a difference in a company who's making a difference in the world. 

Lead all operations to help launch San Diego office. Implemented, improved and streamlined client relation processes by acting as main point of contact for all clients. Managed team of cleaners and maintenance members to achieve and surpass company wide goal of 80% successful cleans/ repairs. Consistently led North America team with highest client reviews. Strengthened brand awareness and lead generation by forming partnerships with local companies, hosting community networking events and presenting throughout co-working spaces in San Diego.

Managed client relations and execution of projects from onboarding to project completion. Helped to maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients, small businesses and non-profit clients alike. Was in charge of 30+ projects at a time while managing budgets, presenting service expertise, identifying growth opportunities, and working collaboratively with team members. Implemented SlideGenerous volunteer and social good project for employees.

Director Of Customer Experience Campaigns

Interned along side the Communications and Development team to establish and build social media presence through community outreach. Initiated alumni outreach program, assisted in monthly marketing emails using contact management platforms, attended Social Media Seminar for all Balboa Park organizations, as well aided team with SDYS’ largest fundraiser from creation to implementation. Other tasks included set up and break down of concerts for Community Opus Project, an outreach that has successfully given access to music and arts education to more than 29,000 lower income students in San Diego.

Marketing and Development Intern

Worked to build brand outreach as a customer relations representative for the Pacific Magazine. Primary task included face-to-face customer interaction while promoting local, community driven events in San Diego. Created and developed access points for readers through engagement and articulation of the Pacific’s goal to further promote community within San Diego’s local businesses.
