Project Manager

To utilize and expand my project management and professional experience into a fulfilling and up worthy cause. Responsible for management and execution of all projects. 

Responsible for capital expenditure improvement projects within Oldcastle Precast Inc. Western and Central USA groups. Projects managed include business facilities: building construction, renovation, and allocation of existing properties and assets while serving as direct owner representation to Oldcastle Building Products. Responsibility details include all project development, scope definition, hiring of responsible parties, construction oversight, planning, cost control, scheduling, contract management, and execution of projects from project development to project post-mortem.  Internal responsibilities include business development, proposal documentation, cost forecasting, and overall project reporting to company senior management. 

Project Manager- Capital Projects

Responsible for project management and coordination for Oldcastle Precast projects and structures within the Colorado and Wyoming demographic areas. Projects include large heavy highway construction and large industrial pipeline projects. Main responsibilities include all management, cost control, estimation, and execution, of precast concrete structures. Developed production and project management structure and processes for internal company development. Process refinement included flowcharts, organization schedules, and computer code for the collaboration between sales team, management team, production and transportation.

Inside Sales/Project Manager

Responsible for all oversight of construction, quality control, safety, means and methods, and project execution. Provide direct contact to clients, consultants, and stakeholders within project scope. Projects ranged from oil/gas industry environmental remediation to new environmental best management practices for new facilities.

Project Manager/Project Engineer

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals between the project superintendent, foreman, project coordinator, as well as all internal departments, owners, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Projects consisted of major civil and infrastructure projects. Projects included large water line and water structures, sewer, storm and tunnel installation.
