Senior Customer Sales Support Representative

• Support a team of 30 Account Managers and Product Specialists and over 60 Technicians nationally; consistently achieve email and phone communication SLA target of responding within 24 hours
• Maintain knowledge of database with 100s of SKUs and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, as well as the non-formalized processes that are used to service the Company's external and internal customers
• Partner with the regional sales team and district/regional managers on numerous tasks facilitating the sales personnel to focus on sales opportunities
• Collaborate 3rd party distributors, vendors, and agents on sales processes and support
• Develop as the "go-to" resource for the head of sales, as required, and called on to support other aspects of the sales organization
