Due to my experience, I have developed a multitude of skills in Majors’ Accounts Customer Service and Allocations.  Within my first year of employment at Rip Curl Corporate, I received a promotion from major accounts assistant to major accounts customer service manager. I take great pride in my work ensuring that the tasks I have been expected to complete are finished timely and accurately. Past employers consider me to be knowledgeable, organized, and to have proven leadership skills. While completing my assigned work, these characteristics become evident as well as my ability to mange other responsibilities. I am dependable and efficient with my time.

• Provide excellent customer service to men, women, and children
• Provide exceptional hair services including coloring, cutting, and styling the client’s hair 
• Build strong, long lasting relationships with clients

• Provide customer service to wholesale major accounts customers through email and phone calls 
• Enter bulk orders and provide confirmation
• Work with production team to ensure accuracy of each account’s specific shipment requirements 
• Receive new majors orders   through EDI
• Check each order comes through into M3 properly
• Allocate orders and reflect correct account discounts
• Communicate any dropped/unfilled styles to each account
• Reflect PO routing/shipping windows and tracking information
• Maintain an organized file for all majors orders
• Resolve order discrepancies, unit mismatches, style, color, and price issues.
• Ensure that all order adjustments are reflected, and proper documentation is on file in a timely fashion 
• Work with external account buyers for order extensions if necessary

Major Account's Management

• Ensured the salon was clean and always ready for clients when opening and closing 
• Provided exceptional customer service over the phone, as well as at the front desk
• Booked client appointments for over 30 stylists while working alone
• Provided product knowledge to clientele, and checked them out at the register
• Noted inventory, ordered needed products including hair color, shampoo/conditioner, and hair tools 
• Restocked inventory, and put new product on the floor
• Informed the owner of any issues regarding appointments, stock, or salon appliance discrepancies 
• Counted out the register and deposited funds
