Master of Ceremonies (MC) for Warren Miller Entertainment- October 2015-December 2015
-Host and manage a nationally touring event that averages 2,500 people per show for over 40 shows in 20 cities.
-Working with regional and national sponsors (ie: REI, K2 skis, Goslings Rum, etc.) to insure appropriate shoutouts, lobby displays, and sponsor signage
-Coordinate prize giveaways and drawings for thousands of event patrons
-Work with venue and production staff for night show cues, directions and timing.

Development Intern for the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA)- (Boulder, Colorado) June 2015- October 2015
-Analyze the current status of the Destinations program including web site. presence/navigation, partners, opportunities among existing IMBA’s network (chapters, other corporate partners).
-Gain proficiency with IMBA’s database CRM and marketing tools in order to record progress, report details of new partnerships, create campaigns.
-Forecast a goal in terms of revenue and new members to be evaluated at the end of the internship; for example, 50 new Destinations Partners contributing $20,000 in membership dues.
-Establish a campaign plan to promote the Destinations program and through IMBA’s media and its partners (mountain bike media, corporate members, tourism organizations).
-Research DMOs, including tourism partners from all 50 states and other prominent recreation agencies.
-Develop campaigns to reach both consumers and potential partners from the outdoor recreation and tourism community.

Sponsorship Intern for Warren Miller Entertainment/ NASTAR Ski- (Boulder, Colorado) August 2014-December 2014

Assist with the support of sponsorship proposals for marquee events
-Develop event presentations on market-by-market basis for national scale events
-Work with Account Managers, Marketing and Creative Department to develop, organize, and design event presentations for up to 80 markets
-Event support and assistance in planning, execution and sponsorship activation for event partners and National Sponsors
-Communicate and work with event crew sponsor liaisons to receive detailed sponsor reports, photos and recap information
-Traffic sponsor ad creative, ticket fulfillment and trafficking, and up-keep of general sponsor materials
-Organizing and shipping of event door prizes and sales material
-Generate detailed and timely sponsorship reports

Transportation Manager for Aramark Parks and Destinations- McKinley Chalet Resort (Denali, Alaska) April 2012- September 2012

-Direct and coordinate all operational functions associated with Resort Courtesy Transportation including management of up to 25 drivers and multiple dispatchers and expediters. 
-Create and distribute public Courtesy Schedules in cooperation with all Denali Park Resorts properties. 
-Work closely with corporate fleet services to ensure Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation (FMCSR) compliance for all courtesy transportation vehicles and drivers. 
-Maintain proper staffing levels, ensure training, and schedule all employees for functional areas managed. 
-Direct and supervise all drivers and day-to-day monitoring and evaluation of all bus driving activity. 
-Develop performance appraisals that address defensive driving skills for all driving positions within the department. 
-Assist with direction, coordination, supervision and training of annual driving training programs not limited to but including customer service, job specifics and other specialized training as required.
