I am self-starting, organized, and dedicated in everything I pursue. With my attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills, I make sure I give everything my best effort. I graduated from UCLA in 2016 with a degree in Geography and Environmental Science and recently graduated from a Full Stack Web Development program at UCSD this past February. I am very passionate about the outdoors (especially the ocean) and action sports and absolutely love learning new things. 

• Utilize advanced HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills to convert unformatted content, wireframes and comps into user experiences on Demandware/SFCC; responsible for updating weekly content across all sites globally
• Collaborate with cross-frunctional teams to execute placement of final assets online
• Utilize A/B testing for alternate consumer experiences to allow improvements in conversion, funneling or user interaction
• Manages QA process for deployed updates, as well as transactional and marketing emails across all browsers and clients
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

- Act as a liaison between the customer service department and service/distribution center to maintain a continuous and efficient work order flow 
- Manage open service orders to ensure completion 
- Analyze data to report trends and opportunities 
- Report product issues, provide recommendations and communicate technical developments in meetings by providing data and examples 
- Send daily, weekly, and monthly service center operating reports 
- Support customer service team by communicating and reporting on service center activity
