Supply Chain Planner

•	Oversees purchasing of all product lines, labels and packaging, POS displays and marketing materials.  Issues and tracks hundreds of purchase orders, valued over $10 million in purchases annually.
•	Develops and manages the production plan, collaborates with S&OP team to determine product mix and works with contract manufacturers to maintain delivery timelines.
•	Manages relationships with all materials suppliers, negotiates pricing and contracts.
•	Tracks vendor performance and purchasing-specific KPIs for delivery deadlines, quality control issues, quantity and unit costs.
•	Oversees ERP system, with ownership of Inventory, Manufacturing, Demand Planning and Order Management functions.  Implements process improvements.
•	Tracks inventory management KPIs for turnover rate, inventory carrying costs, ERP inventory accuracy, backorder rate and fulfillment accuracy.
•	Assists all departments in building and scheduling sales, inventory and financial reporting.

•	Manage relationships with all logistics and value-add service providers.
•	Oversee fulfillment of all outgoing orders to achieve required levels of customer service for distributors, retailers and end-consumer orders.
•	Tracks fulfillment KPIs for order fulfillment accuracy, perfect order & backorder rate.
•	Routes orders through multi-location fulfillment centers to decrease logistics costs and delivery lead times.   Coordinates all TL, LTL and parcel carrier services.
•	Allocates inventory according to customer priority to maximize fill-rate.
•	Owns Order Fulfillment functions of ERP system, builds custom reporting.


Logistics & Fulfillment Manager

•	Receive and enter all sales orders into ERP order management system.
•	Track transportation and delivery information and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a high level of customer service, and internal transparency.
•	Analyze time-phased demand for low-stock products to assist inventory manager in preventing out-of-stocks or order fulfillment delays.
•	Owns Order Fulfillment functions of ERP system, builds custom reporting to analyze fulfillment-related KPIs.
