Hired as the first Admin Assistant for the department and was quickly promoted to a national Curriculum Development & eLearning Manager responsible for training for over 300 employees and new hires. Designed and produced 27 courses within 6 months and held multiple 3-day orientation trainings for new hires. Currently designing more Professional Development Programs to transform the company from a training to a learning based environment with blended in-person and web-based programs.

Weekly tasks & projects include: analyzing course performance data, communicating progress to department heads, developing improved training strategies, optimizing both training and travel costs, working with SMEs to create new courses, and revising and updating Standard Operating Procedures.

Curriculum Development & e-Learning Manager

Organized and managed schedules, took minutes during conference calls and opened lines, booked travel and hotels,
created org charts for properties and coding, streamlined the signature process, input about 100 invoices a month into Nexus,
and processed expense reports. Worked on a daily basis with onsite property teams to create and provide them with the materials and communication they needed from Corporate.

Projects included: website and collateral design for properties, executing work orders, contracts, and leases, depositing rent
checks into Yardi, updated and controlled national leasing
commission spreadsheet, and helped pull reports during budget
season.

Administrative Assistant

Daily duties included multitasking to manage the CEO, CIO, and other executives schedules, travel booking and itineraries,
organizing monthly bi-coastal board meetings, and expense
reports. Reported directly to the CEO and continually updated files
electronically and executed personal assistant duties as well.
Worked with the Marketing Department by writing email copy
designing presentations, and updating both Altegris's and the CEO's twitter; also worked closely with the Compliance and Legal
Departments.
