Sr. Manager, Distribution & Logistics

• Lead team that provides functional and process expertise, support and direction on cross-functional projects and initiatives affecting warehouse, distribution and logistics operations.
• Drive new process and functionality improvements through process review, requirements identification, creation and delivery of user training, and go-live implementation and support.
• Strengthen leaders across a forty-one distribution center network in reaching operational metrics by defining and enforcing SOPs, educating associates, ensuring process and system consistency and driving best practices.

• Directed team of business analysts addressing requirements, design, testing and implementation of new functionality across warehousing, distribution and transportation operations.
• Oversaw all supply chain execution system projects, addressing all aspects including administration, work plans, resource planning, budgeting, training, implementation and support. 

IT Manager, Client Relations-Supply Chain Execution

• Managed supply chain team addressing the blueprinting, configuration and implementation of key SAP ERP back-office functionality across entire DC network.
• Led team that executed a phased implementation of SAP warehouse management functionality across a 37-site distribution center network.  Completed project with no customer impact and received President’s Excellence Award for outstanding performance.
• Led the implementation of a voice-directed order picking system.  Provided key analysis, budgeting, vendor relations, and overall management to successfully complete a 22-facility installation. 

SAP Implementation Manager

• Managed all facets of reverse logistics (RL) supply chain, including third party service providers, warranty inspection and exchange processes, asset recovery metrics and RL financial goals.
• Diversified the third party supplier base to include non-domestic source, increasing asset recovery over 25%, reducing asset turnaround as much as 20%, and reducing warranty support purchasing by over $2,000,000.
• Led cross-functional, cross-company project team to provide warranty inspection services directly with customers. Developed program to integrate third party repair supplier with company store operations. Oversaw all program planning, management and implementation of new service operations. 

Reverse Logistics Manager

• Managed corporate operations team providing a broad range of support to our distribution center network.
• Directed the cross-functional team that planned and executed new distribution center projects. Oversaw opening of eleven new facility projects in three years. All projects completed success-fully within budget and with zero downtime to customers.
• Logistics team lead for all IT development projects. Performed all project functions, including gathering requirements, defining functional specifications, writing detail design, and pre- and post-implementation support.

Manager, Distribution Operations

• Developed and implemented comprehensive distribution capacity and forecasting models to enable improved strategic network analysis and facility planning.
• Planned and executed several distribution center expansions, managing multiple project elements, including facility layout, equipment procurement, supply chain execution systems modifications and overall project management. All projects successfully accomplished with no business interruption.
• Consistent partner with IT development team. Provided functional expertise with design, development, testing, deployment and support for new Oracle systems implementations.


Sr. Operations Analyst

• Managed shipping, receiving and inventory teams, maintaining better than 99% inventory accuracy without automated equipment, using operating best practices and active process control.
• Developed initial prototype for same-day delivery in local and San Francisco markets—reviewed courier options, developed internal procedures and implemented test program. 
• Created functional area tracking tools to improve visibility to associate productivity and quality.

Distribution Center Assistant Manager

• Directed business development activities, including preparation of client proposals and review of all project budgets and costs. Developed and administered operating policy and marketing strategy.
