Design & develop women’s sweaters & outerwear for the apri ski market. 
Develop sweater patterns using Colour Matters knit program.
Responsible for trend & competitor research, & developing unique stitch techniques.
Develop tech packs from first sample to production, including pattern artwork & specs.
Create accessories & ornament designs, handmade in Nepal. 


Received all lab dips & bulk approvals for designated brands.
Communicated with mills on approvals & rejections on a timely basis.
Participated in weekly meetings for updates & revisions to ensure on time delivery.
Tracked, swatch & recorded all lab dip comments.

Colorist

Supported Color Team by receiving & organizing all lab dips & strike off approvals.
Maintained seasonal color book with all approved dips & accurate information on a daily basis.
Commented & evaluated bulk lab dips. Notify designers & color team of results.
Filtered color approvals into company database.
Assisted with upcoming season color palette.


Associate Color Developer

Worked directly with Sr. Designer to create & execute seasonal color & concept direction. 
Managed the development of sketches, trims, patternwork, washes & protos. 
Executed presentation boards & researched for trend forecasting. 
Completed initial BOMS & millsheets for new styles & patterns.


Associate Deigner- Mens Knits

 Created trend & silhouette analysis to present for seasonal direction for the program which
 Included men's knitwear tops to outerwear, using performance fabrics.
Worked independently to create new silhouettes & color direction based off sales & trend.
Self managed daily revisions on line sheets & artwork submissions. 
Developed specs & BOMS for new garments & allocated styles to factories. 
Maintained a strong partnership with factories to ensure a timely delivery of quality samples.
Created all relevant pattern, label & hang tag artwork information to be factory ready.


Private Label Designer

 Designed monthly collections that centered around women’s woven tops. Categories
 Included: fashion tops, dresses, knitwear, accessories, outerwear & athletic wear.
Created all graphic, print, embellishment & wash techniques per collection.
Developed BOMS & handoffs for PD. Partnered with PD to ensure quality construction & fit.
Collaborated with vendors regularly in order to observe calendar time lines.
Presented collections during company milestone meetings, & attended market shows.
