General Manager of Online Sales

Started working in the cycling industry 5 years ago as part time sales and was quickly asked to move into a full time position based on my sales per hour record.  Learned aspects of bike shop operation from sales to service and eventually moved to purchasing for a $9,000,000 in sales web/retail location.  Moved on to run online sales for the top Trek dealer in the nation and took them to $100,000 in shipped sales in 2014 with a projected $675,000 in shipped sales for 2016

Established procedures to help optimize online sales as well increase margin.  Finding new streams of revenue.  Customer service with online customer base.  Streamline order processing from 6 locations along with direct fulfillment with Trek and QBP.

Started off in sales and quickly moved to Buying.  Processed 25k-50k in online sales a week.  Followed industry trends and made sure Bike Bling had the latest and greatest offerings from manufacturers and bring in the newest items that consumers were looking for.  Maintained the inventory supply in the shop making sure we had best sellers available.  Establish relationships with vendors to get priority pricing on closeouts and new items.
