Hello, my name is Martin Granado.

I am a full of life individual who offers a spark and a smile to any room I come into. I hold a bachelors degree with an emphasis in human behavior and motivation and am currently in the middle of my MBA in Marketing program. I currently work two jobs in which I work 55-65 hours a week. 

My ambitions are to find a company in which I can use my people skills, education and passion for work, to develop and become as valuable of an asset as possible.

Designed and implemented an electronic personnel status change (PSC) form with automated workflow; provided training to executive, mid-management, and line staff on PSC workflows; coordinated state-mandated (AB 1825) sexual harassment training for supervisors; screened and produced screening records/reports on various recruitment's; participated as observer on an interview panel; designed job announcements; assisted with an employee beneficiary audit; assisted with coordinating the annual Health and Wellness Fair; conducted and responded to salary surveys; assisted with the updating of classification specifications; conducted affordable housing compliance's; and, assisted with various special projects.

Provided client orientations and safety training; coordinate group workouts; maintained client files and billing; recommended customer service improvements; provided customized training programs ranging from fitness to rehabilitation; produced periodic reports and graphs on client progress; maintained multiple trainer/client schedules; and, provided nutritional training.

Personal Trainer/Office Staff

Provided high quality customer service; assigned to special event displays and promotions; assisted with new hire orientations and trainings; recommended more effective and efficient processes; and, participated in a team-oriented environment.

Store Assoicate

Provided high quality customer service leading a team of Service Technicians; diffused multiple, challenging customer service demands; participated in various training in focused areas of customer service and management; and, produced and monitored service writer reports.

Client Service Manager

Run team of 20+, meet financial goals and solve customer issues. Make sure to finish all goals with the team for that specific day and make sure to motivate others.
