Sales Development and Territory Sales Manager for Orange County

The Sales Development Specialist will has the responsibility of assisting the management of the full online sales cycle from opportunity identification, implementation strategy, program creation, launch, training, and analysis. In this role, the Sales Development Specialist will work in tandem with the channel manager to grow sales and profits in a dynamic, evolving marketplace.  To reach this goal, the Sales Development Specialist will establish strong relationships with salespeople, customer service and sales managers at key online retailers along with internal team members from marketing, customer service and sales. 


Gain knowledge of the internet channel by relentlessly researching retailer, fabricator/manufacturer, and other resource websites in an effort to help guide informed strategic decisions
Monitor and track competitive product offerings, pricing, and promotions and provide internal and external feedback on an ongoing basis
Assist channel manager and marketing with creating and launching private label product offerings to key internet retailers
Monitor and track our product’s price positioning and merchandising on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal opportunities for growth 
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop engaging, interactive and focused training presentations designed to help sales associates better sell premium features and benefits
Coordinate with customer service and sales managers at key retail partners to establish routine schedules of effective, value-added sales training sessions
Establish strong relationships with associates by providing value-added support
Maintain

Produce and build designs created by Production Designers and Art
Directors
• Create and monitor budgets for on-time delivery, cost savings and
inventory reduction
• Team Leader and communicator Manage team of up to 5 subordinates.
• In-depth understanding of the requirements of the relevant health and
safety legislation and procedures
• Completion of OSHA Forklift driver and safety training.
