- Handle credential check in and requests from sponsors and individuals involved with on field promotions.
- Serve as a representative of the Broncos brand when escorting and entertaining special guests of the team’s community department onto the field during pre-game and in-game activities.
- Execute sponsor activation for up to ten brands per game by carrying out on field and in-stadium promotions.

- Archive and catalog rugby artifacts and memorabilia.
- Compose, edit, and distribute USA Rugby Alumni Newsletter to all former players.
- Create stories for USA Rugby Trust Website.
- Create and maintain accurate databases for alumni, donors, and merchandise.
- Appear at USA Rugby Events such as the College Championships and International Events.
- Manage social media (Facebook, Twitter) for the USA Rugby Trust.

Communications Intern

- Work with the game day staff to create an enjoyable and exciting atmosphere for Outlaws fans.
- Follow a strict and challenging time schedule for events before, during, and after games.
