Senior Infrastructure manager 

Senior infrastructure leader. Looking for a new direction and a new challenge.

I currently own global infrastructure and a team of 12 at Taylormade Golf and I have a proven track record of project management success. Currently 85% virtualized on VMware I am pushing the team to get to 100%. RTO and RPO are a key focus and service continuity management is imperative at an international 24/7 $1.1B company. I oversee a hybrid cloud environment using AWS for DR and development, significantly cutting costs of a DR site. I led a consolidation effort that cut Oracle licensing by 60% and also reduced the active storage arrays from 4 to 1. I own the IT infrastructure budget and I am comfortable presenting to C level executives, building management frameworks, policies and procedures to enable Taylormade to grow and sustain optimal service levels and uptime. We recently completed a full warehouse build out in Tijuana, MX, Building the facility from the ground up. Including cabling, switching and telephony.
