As a senior brand builder who's equally comfortable in the backcountry and boardroom, I have proven success in understanding the brand life cycle when launching brands in the outdoor, apparel and mountain lifestyle industries. My messages create a genuine connection between the consumer and the product resulting in strong sales and brand loyalty. Inclusive branding and marketing firm providing brand strategy, creative direction and marketing direct to serve the outdoor, apparel, and mountain lifestyle industries. Flexible staffing model of 4 full time and 20 independent contractors available to assist clients in exceeding their goals. 
•	Outdoor / apparel clients include: USA Mens Rafting Team, Vista Bahn Ski Rentals, Paragon Guides, Friends of Vail Mountain Rescue, Vail Bike Hub, Vail Lacrosse Tournament, Santa Barbara Showdown, Perch Vail. 
•	Led key branding strategy projects including rebuilding Vista Bahn Ski Rentals brand with 42% growth over 6 years from $1M to $1.4M through inbound / outbound marketing analysis of customer segmentations, understanding key market trends, and the complete redesign. 
•	Created brand awareness campaign for Friends of Vail Mountain Rescue for a $2M endowment to achieve pre-defined ROI metrics and performance goals

•	Promoted three times in 18 months from Licensing & Special Make-up Developer to Lead Licensing & Special Make-Up Developer / Brand Manager to Brand Manager to Senior Brand Manager. 
•	Responsible for 17 accounts with total annual revenue of $2.3 million.
•	Managed team of five by continually creating efficiences and seeking ways to reduce budgets while managing tight deadlines with clients and overseas factories.


Senior Brand Manager

•	Drove business development, sales, innovative marketing, production, customer support and staff development.
•	Established and managed costs while designed, developed, manufactured and launched two seasons to market.


Creative Director

•	Initially held position at Rent Net and was promoted four times in three years through two consecutive buyouts. 
Titles included: Design Director, Creative Services Manager, Art Supervisor.
•	Built Creative Services department, an internal ad agency, from zero to $2.2 million budget.
•	Created strong brand equity resulting in increase in company’s value from $150 million to $1 billion in 16 months.
•	Managed four external advertising agency partners and an internal design team of five across ten divisions to ensure execution towards goals.
•	Developed and launched brand through marketing analysis of customer segmentations, understanding key market trends, and design of digital and print collateral.
•	Elevated team communication and skills through cultivating relationships and individual development plans.
