Project Leader for sourced components on all off-road vehicle programs for Defense contracts. Develop project schedule and lead sourcing activities for new product development projects, in-line with long term business strategy. Ownership of project tooling spend, purchased goods cost, and vendor identification and qualification for technology and business partnerships.  Communicate project reviews to team/upper management, engage stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
?	Supply Base awarded for three concurrent, new Defense projects including MY21 LTATV contracted MRZR Alpha to hit internal and customer schedules
?	Lead onboarding of low volume suppliers into product development initiatives to support unique technologies required per customer P-SPEC 
?	Drive accountability from Business Unit and Engineering stakeholders for full integration of Product Development Process into the Defense Group


-	Lead new product development for carwash and industrial cleaning industries through stage-gate product development process
-	Managed project deliverables and utilization of internal resources to accomplish project goals. 
-	Lead project meetings, documentation of engineering design, testing, and production roll out. 
-	Created and implemented Design Reviews and 9-block risk assessment tool into stage-gage product development system


Sr. Project Engineer

-   New Tool design incorporating best practices for tool manufacturing, end user expectations, branding, balancing style and functionality in-line with manufacturing methods to achieve cost targets and product goals.
- New product idealization incorporating future industry standards, existing product improvements, and feature adds to increase ease of use and minimize repair time and variability.  
- Review received material and components for quality assurance and propose rework procedures to ensure product delivery and standards are met.
- Review directive and implementation of larger scale documentation and testing practices to benefit small scale private company expectations and capabilities


Mechanical Engineer

- Project Leader for deliverables of on-road vehicle programs - new platform engine integration, long range product planning demonstrators, model year planned changes
- Coordination of design, manufacturing, power train, quality and operations teams for project requirements
- Driven ownership of scope, budget, and schedule for overall project KPC's
- Lead design, compliance, development, validation, and production build schedules and reviews
- Engage accountability from project resources working on many projects
- Communicate project reviews to upper management, engage stakeholders to ensure requirements are met, coordinate on-boarding of new hires
- Develop and maintain customer benefit and expectation while incorporating corporate branding


Project Engineer

- Lead design and engineering of chassis systems for MY15 Slingshot and MY14 Indian heavyweight motorcycles
- Full engineering system ownership: Fuel, Cooling, Rear Suspension, Wheels/Tires, and Exhaust Systems on concurrent development cycles
- Develop specifications, detail prints incl. GD&T, development plan, validation requirements, and release schedules
- Full system responsibility incorporating concept design, development, validation, sourcing, and manufacturing
- Production design of castings, molded/formed plastics, forgings, heat exchangers, tanks, hoses, and routings
- Resolve issues from action registers and issue logs through full vehicle validation
- Manage the use of internal and external design resources
- Develop and support systems to meet compliance and regulatory requirements for global markets
- Complete vendor process, quality, and production ramp up visits including various international suppliers & travel


Design Engineer

- Design and evaluate injection molded parts for security system panels using SolidWorks
- Develop cost reduction in new product offerings
- Assist in part tooling, sourcing, and prototyping
- Solve problems related to customer feedback and field issues


Intern Engineer

- Develop, test, prototype, and analyze plastic chemical dispensing products
- Draft part files, assemblies, and drawings using Unigraphics NX3/4
- Develop test methods, product revisions, and demonstration guides
- Handle Machining orders, shipments, coordination’s with marketing
