I am well versed in contract negotiation, revenue forecasting and execution, lead generation activities, employee onboarding and management, website overhaul and management, social media, B2B marketing, project budget and proposal review/creation, client and company presentations, scope of work drafting and review, business principles and economics, and meeting expedited project schedules.

•	Develop and manage key accounts such as Tesla Motors, Crystal Geyser, Gatorade and E&J Gallo.
•	Increased revenue for company year over year in 2014 and 2015.
•	Well versed in contract negotiation and writing/review, client and company presentations, scope of work drafting and review, business principles and economics, and meeting expedited project schedules.
•	Responsible for department budget creation and management, revenue forecasting and execution, lead generation activities, employee onboarding and management, website overhaul and management, social media, B2B marketing, project budget and proposal review/creation, and platinum client management.


•	Manager for platinum clients such as Costco, IKEA, Albertsons, SunEdison, Kroger, Nestle Purina, Kenyon Energy and Utility project developers. 
•	Routinely delivered projects on-time and well under budget while meeting client requirements.
•	Responsible for 25-30 concurrent commercial projects totaling more than 30 Megawatts.
•	In charge of developing, reviewing and approving project budgets, scopes of work and schedules during project development and implementation.
•	Responsible for leading multiple project teams through site selection, project feasibility, project development, budget creation, schedule, sub-contractor management, design and completion of commercial-scale and utility-scale solar PV power plants. 


Commercial and Utility Projects Engineering Manager

•	Responsible for the design of residential, large residential, small and large commercial systems in every region of REC Solar (Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey and Oregon).
•	In charge of opening up the engineering department in new markets; including selecting and training new engineering personnel for that region.
•	Tasked as a corporate engineer with designing the more challenging systems encountered by regional markets.
