•	Responsible for sending all technical packets and sew-by samples for sourcing.
•	Accountable for obtaining all ETA’s of costumes and accessory samples.
•	Assist with preliminary costings and negotiating over target styles.
•	Accountable for obtaining COG’s from the suppliers and updating all MOQ’s and costs into the PDM tracking system. 
•	Organize and execute fit sessions of samples once received from the factories.
•	Communicate all comments to the factories to guarantee a well-timed development of samples during pre-production stages. 
•	Responsible for tracking, monitoring and recording all sample statuses in PDM on a daily bases
•	Act as a laison between departments internally and externally to filter and acquire all needed information to properly deliver approved samples.
