Sterling Restaurant Supply (SRS) is a subsidiary of Fortessa Tableware Solutions, and is the leading supplier of tableware, flatware, and glassware to the small chain and locally owned restaurants in the Washington DC metro area. The SRS website is a growing extension of the brick and mortar store focusing on expanding the reach of SRS throughout the nation.

SRS Website Content Manager/Customer Solutions Manager

•	Website content management: Update website with new products, re-categorizes existing products into ever changing and evolving system of order of status within product lines life cycle.
•	Marketing management: Lead full lifecycle development and implementation of marketing campaigns including ad designs and collateral; strategize, develop and implement social media and online advertising.
•	Consumer solutions management: Receives customer emails and phones calls and aids in resolving any issues they may have in the full cycle of the ordering process.
•	Operations management: Collects order information on a daily basis and ensures sales orders and purchase orders are correct before sending orders to warehouse management for picking and shipping.

•	Lead Graphic Illustrator on two De-Mining missions to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Honduras, Spring 2001 and Fall 2001.
•	Lead Graphic Illustrator for Mobile Print System (MPS), Afghanistan, during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Spring – Winter 2002.
•	Assigned duties above pay grade (E-4) as night shift Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge for graphics section, December 2002 – April 2003 
•	Lead Graphic Illustrator for MPS (Mobile Print Station), Kuwait, during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Spring – Fall 2003.
•	Trained Navy personnel on USS Enterprise and USS Peligro, October – November 2003.  Designed and taught a 5 day class on advanced technical use of the RISOGRAPH 3105 high-speed duplicator, used for production of Psychological Operations material.
