I am an accomplished communications leader with more than 20 years' experience developing and
driving comprehensive and cross-organizational marketing & communications strategies that include
branding, digital / traditional marketing, B2B and e-commerce. Much of my expertise supports aligning
strategy to deliverables for driving measurable outcomes, for engaging both internal and external
customers. I am currently pursuing opportunities in fast paced, dynamic organizations to provide
leadership and innovation through my wide range of experience in marketing & communications.

Willamette Dental Group serves a dental insurance base of over 500,000 members to deliver oral care services across Oregon, Washington and Idaho at 50 practice locations from over 1,600 employees. In this role I led a marketing team of writers, producers, designers and admin staff to -

- Manage a consistent brand strategy for patient communications and patient experience across multiple communication channels including the public website, patient / member literature, online location listings, digital appointment messaging, office digital signage, and at office locations in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

- Direct new online branding for patients and potential employees on a new corporate website that focused on a genuine, personal experience that built trust in an unconventional product.

- Lead digital marketing campaigns for insurance product awareness, public event awareness and recruiting for measurable engagement not otherwise available through traditional marketing.

- Launch 40,000+ provider and office patient experience survey star ratings and comments online to the public, as well as tools internal to manage brand reputation; created an accessible provider directory to display provider information such as education and cultural training.

- Manage crisis communications through leadership to employees and patients with quickly developed and effective tools to inform and engage in all stages of an event using the public website, SMS communication, emails, and an intranet portal to communicate and inform of critical situations where urgent information was required to communicate.

- Strategize regular digital and traditional marketing campaigns related to employee culture, annual surveys, benefit tips, open enrollment and events to connect and engage employees.

Marketing and Communications Director

Lund International was a conglomerate of 8 consumer brands including AMP Research, AVS,
Bushwacker, Belmor, Lund, Rampage and Stampede before acquisition by Truck Hero Inc in 2019.

- Developed omni channel brand strategy incorporating direct ecommerce and UMAP pricing.

- Directed marketing creative to customers, 30k dealer / warehouse network, and social media.

- Participated in a leadership role to create the strategy of a new Lund International corporate
umbrella website and a new advertising look and feel across their primary consumer brands.

- Directed creative for advertising, catalogs, trade shows, and in-store point of purchase displays.

Digital Marketing Director

was the leading brand for off-road vehicle protection accessories, widely known as the foremost authority in the automotive aftermarket industry for quality, design and engineering - acquired
by Lund International in January 2015.

- Directed all digital marketing to customers, dealer network, and social media via paid campaigns
measured at significantly higher than industry performance via Google Analytics.

- Strategized and managed development of all-new brand website on Magento platform.

- Optimized and utilized B2B CRM database to target market and survey dealers and customers.

- Directed all photography, videography, and marketing material asset creation.

- Managed brand website, SEO, usability, product fitment database and product updates.
