Marketing Coordinator

I have a varied experience in the outdoor apparel industry and love learning new things/experiences and am not afraid of a new challenge.

Book sample orders for selected trade shows and events
Book show attendees - show and hotel reservations
Submit invoices into accounting system for validation and approval 
Assist with Lead Management reports & maintenance under guidance of Marketing Manager  
Warehouse literature management - organize all marketing collateral and replenish inventory when needed
Asset management on Dropbox - ensure that all collaterals, advertisements, PDS are organized on the NA Marketing Dropbox repertoire
Assisting in the execution of Canada mailings for territory sales managers
Create and organize a database of Smartsheet templates to facilitate marketing activities
Assist with all requests for all trade show tools, including but not limited to, banner stands, portable booths and other related tools for Canada
Any additional task requested to assist the NA Industrial/SU marketing team

Marketing Assistant, IGBU & SUGBU, NA

•	Started as a customer service rep for the F3 division for the Pearl Izumi , Horny Toad and Simple lines. Transfered to the Endorphin Group Division for the Nikita, Insight and Supremebeing lines.Then in 2012 started doing customer service for Rossignol Apparel for the Endorphin Group.
•	In 2013 took on the role of Sales Operations Coordinator and Dealer services for Rossignol Apparel for Canada and the US which involves the following tasks: Selling tool distribution to reps, sample management (rep splits, distribution and tracking), showroom coordination and merchandising, coordinate trade needs for photoshoots, coordinate sales meeting with GM, selling and organizational support for trade shows and while maintaining customer service relations tasks.
-Order entry, booking follow ups and verifications with customers and reps, warranty requests and follow ups.
•	Experience on Microsoft Dynamix software, Excel,Outlook

Sales Operations Coordination and Dealer services - Rossignol Apparel

•	Neve web store management: Structure and plan needs for website and social media outlets  (facebook, twitter, Instagram) according to consumer response/needs. Prepare season change- over of website.
•	Plan inventory needs for next season according to past season sales.
•	Supporting role for sales meetings and trade shows, staffing and reservations, booth and appointment coordination ( SIA and OR )
•	Experience on Shopify platform, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ( Basic)


Web and marketing Coordinator for Neve Designs

•	Started as sales associate but proved strong merchandising  skills. In the first year , designed a more attractive merchandising presentation for the clothing department resulting in an expansion of the department and increased sales.
•	In charge of the merchandising  of the newly renovated store in fall of 2010.
•	Assists presentations of softgood collections and prepare booking orders for following seasons, according to budgets given and sell through of previous season.
•	Inventory stock and reorder when necessary.
•	Data entry of orders and creation of  new inventory in Acomba software.
•	Shipping and receiving of orders.
•	Warranty and customer service.
•	Opening and closing of store and all facets of running a store. 


Assistant Buyer

•	Helped in the preparation and merchandising of the opening of new store in 2004.
•	In charge of the clothing and footwear departments. And eventually the camping department. Taking care of following inventory, merchandising of these departments.
•	Direct and supervise employees, inventory taking, reconciling cash and receipts.
•	Hire and train and evaluate personnel in sales.
•	Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
•	Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
•	Assist seasonal meetings with buyers to help recommend, select and help locate merchandise based on customer needs.
•	Chaindrive software knowledge and use.


Assistant Manager

•	Responsible for customer service and the clothing department.
•	In charge of training cashiers, opening and closing of cash registers balancing and deposits.
•	Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash receipts or in performing services for customers.
•	Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed.
•	Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
