• Create social media content on a daily basis.
• Take and retouch images.

• Multi-task to keep all assigned projects running effectively and efficiently.
• Layout files for digital press or offset using XMF workflow.
• Create a printing plate for offset printing using XMF workflow.
• Work closely with the client on designing their projects.
• Create digital proofs or hard proof for the client needs, including but not limited to, posters, saddle stitch books, perfect binding books, trifold brochures, magazines, business cards, etc.

Graphic Designer & Pre-press

• Reviewed files for potential problems such as size, resolution, color, and bleeds.
• Multi-task to keep all assigned projects running eectively and efficiently.
• Update daily report of project priorities to team members and management.
• Order, receive and stock up supplies and maintenance parts.
• Answer and direct phone calls/emails, taking detailed messages when necessary.
• Pick up and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.

• Direct design and development while remaining focused on client needs.
• Collaborated with clients to design, plan and develop a strong solution.
• Preflighting customers provided les for proper print quality.
• Press operation Konica 950, Xerox J75, Epson P20000 and Oce 600.
• Print and Scan architectural and construction blueprints.
• Basic press operation and maintenance.
• Answering customer calls and respond to customer emails.

Graphic Designer / Customer Service

• Produce graphics for print, company website, and social media accounts.
• Retouch, crop and clean images using Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC.
• Create logos, render photos or drawings into vector format using Illustrator CC.
• Edit instructional videos and create motion graphics using Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC.
• Create owner’s manual book, brochure, and buyer's guide using InDesign CC.
