Anthony Hodge has experience in both the public relations and marketing fields, respectively. Hodge has spent the last two years gaining experience to become a professional in the communications field.
His latest internship experience was with PCL Construction as the marketing intern. As the marketing intern, Hodge ran social media for the company and assisted the marketing team with assignments.
Before joining PCL Construction, Hodge spent some time volunteering with the Urban Community Outreach in Long Beach. He helped the non-profit organization with a public relations plan to help with branding.
He spent his winter break with The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) as the communications intern. He helped with community outreach, wrote press releases and a social media calendar for the month of February. TLF's donors include Burson-Marsteller, Golin, Weber Shadwick, Waggner Edstrom and Hill and Knowlton, just to name a few.
In 2014, Hodge volunteered for the Los Altos Family's YMCA where he first learned how to write press releases and executive bios.
In fall 2015, Hodge graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations with a minor in Communication Studies.
