Highly motivated leader who has a love and passion leadership, technical support, developing others, relationship building and running business operations.

• Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the school’s      
    leadership team.   
• Consider approaches for existing use and future plans to introduce or
    discard technology in the school.  
• Consult with relevant people and other parties to introduce new
    technology or improve existing technology for different purposes.  
• Responsible for putting together the yearly and 5-year technology
    budget.    
• Meet and negotiate contracts with technology vendors.  
• Provide the Head of School and Director of Business Operations guidance on
   new technology that needs to be upgraded or implemented. 
• Provide training to the faculty and staff on technology.  
• Provide technical support to students, faculty and staff. 
• Implemented filtering and monitoring software to keep
   students/staff/faculty safe and accountable. (i.e., GoGuardian) 
• Oversaw and implemented a 1:1 Chromebook environment for the first time at
   the school.
• Manage all aspects of technology for the school which includes:
             o Network Management 
             o Printers 
             o Student Chromebooks 
             o Faculty/Staff Computers 
             o All Education Software 
             o Computer Lab
             o Promethean Boards
             o Phone System 
             o Security Cameras 
             o Google Admin (Email, Chromebook Policies, App Deployment etc.)


General Duties/Leadership & Strategy:
  - Attend Senior Management/Leadership Team Meetings.
  - Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the school’s
     Leadership Team.
   - In the absence of the Head of School, take delegated responsibility for
      Financial and other decisions.
   - Plan and manage change in accordance with the school
      development/strategic plan.
   - To lead and manage all school support staff/faculty.
   - Teach 1s t -7t h graders a foundational class.
   - Substitute teaching when needed.

Administration Management:
- Design and maintain administrative systems that deliver outcomes based on
the school’s aims and goals.
- Manage systems and link processes that interact across the school to form
complete systems.
- Define responsibilities, information and support for staff and other
stakeholders.
- Establish and use effective methods to review and improve administrative
systems.
- Use data analysis, evaluation and reporting systems to maximum effect by
ensuring systems are streamlined to maximize efficiency and avoid
duplication.
- Benchmark systems and information to assess trends and make appropriate
recommendations.
- Manage all details related to the finances and operations of the school,
ensuring safety and efficient systems are in place.

Management of Information Systems:
- Consider approaches for existing use and future plans to introduce or discard
technology in the school.
- Consult with relevant people and other parties to introduce new technology
or improve existing technology for different purposes.
- Ensure that the school has a strategy for using technology aligned to the
overall vision and plans for the school ensuring value for money.
- Communicate the strategy and relevant policies, including Data Protection for
use of technology across the school.
- Establish systems to monitor and report on the performance of technology
within the school.
- Ensure resources, support and training are provided to enable work
colleagues to make the best use of available technologies.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place in the case of technology failure.
- Ensure data collection systems providing information to stakeholders are
streamlined to maximize efficiency of the data supplied.

School Finances:
- Oversee and manage the yearly budget.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, FACTS Tuition management, Accounting.

School Operations:
- Oversee Facilities, Food Services, Information Technology, Transportation,
Negotiations and signings of contracts, Safety and Security, and Human
Resources.
- Schedule monthly lockdown, inclement weather and fire drills.
- Oversee the successful implementation of the daily school schedule.
- Provide daily support for all employees.

Accomplishments:
- Successfully start a new school and get it up and running by setting up the
school’s infrastructure which includes:
o Information Technology (i.e. Enhanced Wi-Fi, LMS, SIS, Chromebooks,
Printer, Magnus Health etc.)
o Budget (Help create and manage 20-21 & 21-22 School budget)
oCommunications (i.e. PA System, Email, School wide texting)
o Create Policy and Procedures (i.e. Employee Handbook, Safety &
Security, Student Discipline, School Schedule, Snow Days, Food
Services, Tuition Assistance, Maintenance, Mission & Vision etc.)

Director of Finance & Operations/Assistant Principal

-Manage, Inspire and Mentor a technology team.
- Setup a remote learning environment within 24 hours to accommodate over
600 students.
- Member of the new school build committee to consult and provide guidance
on how to implement technology within the new building.
- Manage a 1:1 iPad environment with over 600 users.
- Manage and balance the technology budget.
