-Work towards keeping consistency across channels – retail, wholesale and online - and implementation of all MK activities and elements. Create synergies between them and maximize each platform.
-Management of all retail stores (100+): seasonal POS, campaign, windows, promotions and events. Creation of materials and implementation on WS clients. Tools for sales agents.
-Annual budget administration by season and market. Optimization and ROI
-Coordination with all other departments -sales, area managers, visual, merchandisers and product- the European and global MK teams, and country managers to achieve objectives.
- Creation and implementation of the seasonal MK plan. PR, advertising, promotions, events,…Daily work with PR, POS printer and media planning agencies. 
-Make sure timings and objectives are being achieved.
