Production Coordinator

Since graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, I have become immersed in the Production/Development field.  
My previous jobs and internship experience has helped me to strengthen my work skills. I have learned to work in a fast paced environment while completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, I have learned important aspects of the fashion industry, participated in design and trend meetings, and have gained hands on experience working with design, product development and production departments.


-Assist in the production of printed jersey and soft woven garments for the RTW Collection. 
-Responsible for daily communication with vendors/agents in all phases of the production process to ensure quality and maintain deliveries.
-Attend all Pre-Line review and BOM meetings to ensure all necessary changes through development and design are sought during the production stage.
-Update our PLM system as needed with regards to delivery dates, cost and style changes.
-Create and maintain trim sheets from season to season.
-Track and monitor factory WIP chart.
-Review and approve trims, bulk fabrics, and print placement.
-Manage, log, and approve all fit and TOP samples before passing off to Tech Design.
-Communicate PR/Sales requests to the factory, while ensuring the samples are reflecting production quality and standards.

-Assisted in production of apparel and home collections for all QVC and Evine accounts. 
-Communicated directly with our overseas office and factories regarding specific styles, purchase orders, T&A, and deliveries.
-Worked directly with Product Development and Design teams to ensure all PO information is accurate and updated accordingly.
-Created and updated Production tracking charts for all styles within accounts.
-Attended fit meetings to ensure production was executed properly and communicated any corrections necessary for TOP.
-Assisted the Production Director and Manager with all daily operation and communication.

Production Assistant

-Assisted in the development of women’s collection for Liz Lange sold on QVC.
- Created fabric and trend presentation boards.
-Created and managed fit approval, TOP and development charts for internal directors to sign off
on.
-Communicated design comments and approvals with manufacturers regarding fabric and trim
samples.
-Organized and filed fabric swatches, lab dips, trims and line development presentations according
to month and season.
-Updated style information into Frogfish solutions, an IT apparel software similar to WebPDM.

Design/Product Development Intern

-Maintained the stores visual appearance while assisting customers find specific styles and sizes. 
-Managed the fitting room by helping customers, clearing out fitting rooms, and running clothes back to the floor.
-Helped with ringing up customers quickly and efficiently to provide them with a positive shopping experience.
-Assisted with closing the store by cleaning and organizing to establish exemplary standards for the following morning

Sales Associate

-Performed extensive research to stay on top of emerging fashion and lifestyle trends.
-Frequently updated client information into the Sales Force database.
- Provided consulting team with potential clients to contact from Fortune 500 list.
-Participated in trend consulting presentations and meetings with clients.
