Creative Director working on the Dickies Medical Team. 

• Manage details of assigned projects including choosing photographers, models, and coordinating with production staff
• Lead effort to translate creative direction and conceptual ideas across all channels.
• Manage and work with Fashion / Graphic Designers to assure all projects are completed on time.
• Create seasonal visual storyboards for art, design, and marketing concepts. 
• Concept / Direct all creative for social media channels.
• Prepare and Strategize with Fashion / Graphic Designers for presentation.

• Worked closely with CEO and Fashion Designers to manage / create Artwork for all apparel, accessories, and marketing.
• Manage all team Projects / Artwork assets for the brand.
• Delegate projects to designers and Social Media Managers.
• Set up Graphic Design Plans for Client Approval.
• Daily Production / Design meetings to discuss work flow and job
strategy with design teams.

Creative Director / Design Manager

• Worked closely with CEO and Vice President of Marketing to create brand books and marketing collateral.
• Mentored interns and young designers.
• Direct / Design daily marketing and corporate emails, and social media assets. 
• Concept / Design all print media, look book catalogs and various
   other marketing materials.
• Worked with Copywriters and Photographers to assure brand style is cohesive.

• Art direction and illustration for all marketing design for Tilly’s, TLC (Tilly’s Life Center), and private label brands.
• Catalog concept and design.
• Direct in-studio, remote photo / e-com shoots for seasonal campaigns. 
• Direct off site lifestyle photo shoots for Tilly’s, private label brands,
   and social media campaigns.
• Assist photographer, stylist and production crew on remote and
   in-studio photo shoots.
• Illustration for branding on all marketing collateral.
