Marketing Coordinator

- Worked in the Box Office on game days to troubleshoot ticket and customer service issues
- Created ticketing events, offers, pride codes and ticket packages within Archtics and Veritix
- Implemented the “All-In” Season Ticket Member program as well as Flash Seats for season tickets

Ticket Operations Coordinator

-Conducted and composed phone calls, emails, money deposits, online and in-person ticket orders
-Collaborated with the media, marketing, coaching and event/ticket staffs during games and events to ensure successful execution.
