Enterprise Customer Success Manager focused on the post-sales
experience and building long-term business partnerships. Thrive in
developing solutions, diagnosing trends, driving initiatives, creating
operational efficiencies, and implementing strategies that have a history
of bettering the customer journey.

Trusted with the relationship and long-term strategy for ATGNA’s largest enterprise clients. Responsible for retaining and growing each account by way of ATG’s shared revenue model. Work closely with each client in portfolio to ensure they are leveraging ATG tools, platforms, and services as a pillar of their success and to transform their businesses.

• Quickly build relationships with senior leaders of assigned clients and gain their trust and
confidence.
• Engage with clients in a way that thoughtfully challenges their perception of what is possible,
both from a business operations and strategic perspective.
• Intimately understand clients’ businesses, motivations, and anticipate their next steps.
• Advise clients across NA to resolve their biggest business problems and innovate.
• Assess and monitor the health of the clients in portfolio.
• Identify at-risk clients, build and execute mitigation plans to eliminate risk of churn or
contraction.
• Establish key outcomes and KPIs in partnership with each client; diligently track, manage, and
improve performance on those key outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers (Sales, Support, Product, R&D, Finance, etc.) to ensure
clients have a positive experience with ATG and are receiving strong ROI.
• Assist clients through technology issues as they arise; partner with Product/R&D to assist with
issue identification and resolution.
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and executive
business reviews.

Senior Customer Success Manager

? Primary contact for enterprise accounts with $5m annual book of business.
? Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders to increase satisfaction, engagement, growth, and retention by demonstrating
value and improving customers' businesses through effective
utilization of PointCentral solutions.
? Work cross-functionally with Technical Support, Product Teams,
Implementation, Billing, etc. to facilitate coordinated responses that
support overall account performance objectives.
? Develop deep understanding of account operations, solution usage, hardware, and operational challenges to provide internal product
recommendations that reduce obstacles to value realization and barriers to satisfaction.
? Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and standard weekly meetings to ensure full prioritization of product, marketing, and operational needs
met.
? Deliver live training and webinars, product updates, and other customer communications that help drive customer engagement,
growth, and retention.
? Build and maintain accurate CRM of record that aid in strategic priority reviews. Analyze and assess growth/risk potential of account base
according to operational metrics, benchmarks, and targets for customer success (adoption, usage, health, satisfaction, etc.).

• Account Manager for 180+ assigned government agencies and public sector clients within states of Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana.
• Oversee implementation, marketing, service use, and best practices, user adoption, and account pipeline process by working closely with key
partners to consult, create efficiencies, and set expectations.
